| The SMART-PIV Project
aims at achieving significant performance improvements in the reliable
characterisation of biomedical devices for human implantation that
still suffer from local flow properties induced failures. This goal
is obtainable by developing a novel integrated P.I.V. (Particle Image
Velocimetry) System able to provide relevant advancement in the investigation
of critical motion field variables. The R&D process of the project
is following an integrated modular approach involving the development
of five main sub-systems. |
